If you want to report an intentional act of total or partial destruction, damage, disfigurement or destruction of someone else's property, such as cars, clothing, building facades or property markers.
If the damage is committed negligently, that is, without due care, it is not a crime, so the claim must be filed directly with the competent court.
If the crime of damage is classified, namely, of high monetary, scientific, cultural or historical value, of the damaged belonging to someone else, you must contact the nearest police authority.
Whenever the crime of harm is committed with violence against a person or with a threat to his life or physical integrity, he must immediately go to the nearest police authority.
