The Criminal Investigation Service became aware, with concern, today, September 2, 2020, of the existence of a video circulated on social networks, where you can see the Chief Inspector of Criminal Investigation, assigned to the Criminal Investigation Department of Icolo-Bengo, handcuffed and labeled as “a land swindler SIC officer”.
In view of this fact, the Central Directorate of Operations and the SIC/LUANDA sent teams to the inspection facilities of the Municipal Administration of Viana, where they determined that, contrary to what was sought in the video, Officer Rodrigues is the owner of a parcel of land of (15/15=225 m2), in the locality of Zango 3, municipality of Viana, for over 6 years, and on that day, he was notified by the Inspection, which led him to attend those facilities.
In the circumstance, the officer was received in a hostile manner and forced by shoves to leave the premises. During this dispute, the inspectors, upon realizing that he was carrying a pistol on his waist, even though he did not hold or use the pistol, because the magazine was out of the weapon for safety reasons, around 30 inspectors involved him. and they took the gun violently, purposely made videos to expose his image and took him to a compartment where he was assaulted and humiliated.
For this purpose, a criminal proceeding was initiated, 6 inspection elements, principally involved in the commission of these crimes, were determined and arrested, witnesses who gave their statements were also listed and tomorrow the case will be referred to the Court for Summary judgment.
