About Electronic Complaint


The Electronic Complaint System allows citizens to submit a complaint electronically to the competent authorities.

Who can file a complaint?

Natural persons, duly identified, national or foreign, residing in Angola.

This system is not intended to respond to emergency situations or those in which the immediate response of the security forces or services is necessary, namely when the crime is being committed. In this case, you should immediately contact the National Emergency Number – 111. For crimes not covered by the Electronic Complaint System, the citizen must continue to contact or contact the nearest police authority.

Any citizen can file an electronic complaint. The referral to the competent authority only takes place after validation and confirmation of the complainant's identity, being treated in the same way as a complaint filed directly with a security force or service. Citizens continue to be able to resort to all the traditional forms of denunciation and complaint of crimes provided for by law.
