Not observing the legal provisions imposed by the competent authority, carry out an act of elimination of specimens of fauna or flora, in a substantially significant number, or of legally protected or endangered species;
Destroy the natural habitat of species of fauna or flora, causing the loss of the respective species;
Severely affect existing underground resources.
